Return an Item

You can return items to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please follow these steps:

Open the order in your customer account.

Click on "Return Label".

Fill out the return form completely.

Send the completed form by email to Retour@stadani.de.

How do I return an item?

All items you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Please pack all items in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and passed the quality inspection, we will process your refund.

If you chose a refund in the form of an e-gift card, it will be sent to you via email as soon as your return has been reviewed and approved.

If you selected a refund to your original payment method, please note that it may take up to 14 business days—depending on your bank—for the amount to be credited to your account.
