Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in every email we have sent you regarding your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping provider (Note: This email is sent separately from the order confirmation).

What do the order status updates mean?
Received: Your order has been received but not yet processed.
Processing: Your order is currently being prepared for shipment.
Preparing for shipment: We are packing your order and getting it ready for the shipping provider.
Shipped / Out for delivery: The shipping provider has picked up your order and it is on its way to you.
Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.
Cancelled: Your order or an item in your order has been cancelled. In this case, you will receive an email notification from us.

Why was my order only partially delivered?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a confirmation email for each delivery, so you will always know which items to expect and when they will arrive.

What should I do if my order status says “Delivered” but I have not received it?
Sometimes tracking information is updated prematurely. Your package may still arrive within 24 hours. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please contact our customer service.

Why is my order delayed?
